Snug is made from natural stone in Barcelona. No toxic products are added or used during or posterior to manufacturing. We believe in the value of craftsmanship and natural materials. This results in variations in colour and texture.

Product care

Snug is designed to be used with drip-less candles of size ∅22 mm. If you want to assure no wax hits the stone please avoid wind when the candles are lit. It is also recommended to remove the candles once they reach the stone, in order to avoid any possible stains.

Shipping

Shipping within the European Union is free. A stock item is usually received within 5-7 business days. I am naturally happy to also ship elsewhere, please contact me in order to calculate the shipping cost and time for other countries and continents.

Returns

As the European Union E-commerce directive indicates, customers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of having received the item. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The cost and organisation of this return are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping cost paid when purchasing the product will not be returned.
